    The course of the Promotion "15 PLN to start!"
    1. Sign up for Net-Pocket.
    2. Receive your cashback points to start. You can exchange them for e.g. 15 PLN.
    3. Buy using our Plugin in one of our partners' stores for at least 30 PLN within 90 days of registration.
    4. Sign up for Net-Pocket newsletter.
    5. Wait for the purchases to be approved by the partner store.
    6. Withdraw the promotional prize along with other cashback funds received for purchases from our partners.
    Who the Promotion is aimed at

    The “15 PLN to start“ promotion available on Net-Pocket is aimed at net-pocket.com users who:

    1. Correctly create their first account on the site during the Promotion, i.e. from 01.08.2021 to 31.12.2023.
    2. Make their first purchase in the partner stores of the Promotion's organizer,which is Patronad sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, within the first 90 days of its creation.

    Prizes are provided for participants in the Promotion

    Each qualified Net-Pocket participant who meets the terms and conditions of the Promotion will receive 3345 accrued Cashback Points to his/her cashback account within the Net-Pocket account. The Cashback Points received will entitle the participant to exchange Cashback Points, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Specifically, the accrued Cashback Points will enable the Promotion Participant to withdraw cash or receive an in-kind prize offered by the Promotion Organizer with a value of 15 PLN.

    Terms and conditions for using the Promotion

    In addition to other conditions under this material, in order to receive the Promotional Prize, it is necessary to fulfill the following Scoring Activities during the period and under the conditions provided for in the content of this promotion, i.e:

    1. Correctly create your first Net-Pocket account within the promotional period.
    2. Making a purchase at at least 1 of the promotion organizer's partner stores (list of partners available at the link) and thus obtain accrued Cashback Points in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

    Additional conditions and exclusions
    1. The value of products or services purchased at partner stores must be more than 30 PLN.
    2. Cashback points will be credited within 90 days from the date of execution of the sales contract within our partner's store.
    3. In the event that the aforementioned contract would have been terminated before its execution or in the event of withdrawal from the contract (resulting in the contract being considered not concluded), Cashback Points are not accrued.
    Date of collection of the promotional prize

    Participants of the “15 PLN to start“ program will receive promotional accrued Cashback Points to their account immediately upon completion of all Points Activities, along with a change in the status of the user's purchase transaction required by the Promotion terms and conditions at the promotion organizer's partner stores posted on net-pocket.com.

    General terms and conditions of the Promotion
    1. These terms and conditions of the Promotion constitute a public promise of the Organizer. Other contents not covered by this public promise are for information purposes only and do not constitute a promise or an offer within the meaning of the Civil Law Code.
    2. To the extent that these terms and conditions of the Promotion do not provide otherwise, the rules for earning Points and redeeming them for Rewards, including cashback, as described in the Net-Pocket Terms and Conditions applies.
    3. In particular, the correct accrual of Cashback Points requires that a purchase is made using the installed Plugin or via the link https://net-pocket.com/partners.
    4. This Promotion - „15 PLN to start!” does not combine with other Promotional Actions.
    5. The list of online stores participating in the Promotional Campaign may change during the course of the Promotional Campaign, but this will disqualify you from receiving Points for transactions made no later than the end of the day on which the online store in question remained indicated on the list available at https://net-pocket.com/partners.
